Hi. Recently I got so inspired by the story in a book called "A Pilgrims Progress" that I decided to draw and paint the scenes from the book. So, here are the first two.

Here is The Pilgrim at the beginning of his journey. His name is Christian, he's a poor man, with a large burden on his back.

He is given a warning by an angel.

This is very interesting, Nick.
You know? some of the visual metaphors that you use are not free. Life is full of symbols and acts that we do not give importance. But in reality they do.

Simply not conceived to think that things may be related, as we are ignorant and unimaginative. However, when we see a simple traffic signal, then obey.

The colors of some pages are very nice.

It's nice to see the colors and your creativity.

Thanks Tampi,

What I find amazing is the the story is SO simple and so obvious that it's a joy to read. It tells you the basic truth that you already know, but it's nice to be reminded that life is noble and full of wonderfull feelings of goodness.

I know this forum isn't really the place for this, but I feel like it's my home now and I have nowehere else to show my work.
Anyway, I'm glad you like the colours too.

Never mind with that on the forum. As you can see I deleted. First of all, I'm not the one, and then, on second thought, I concluded that some ideas, rare as they seem, may be more helpful than at first glance seem.

Here, people are smart enough to know that some things can be helpful without appearing to do so. Not only for the forum but also to enhance ideas for possible future games.

Either way, I not only like the colors, if not that, as I said in my first post, I think it's a very interesting initiative. A sketchbook with an original story is always a little treasure. :tmb:

You should scan the pages when you are finished and make a dummy for a little book. Love to see how that looks :)
