Hi all! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

I really love this particular song of which I've only heard a small part. I've written down what I think the lyrics are... they're sung bye a man and the song's quickish. It has weird sound effects: gun shots and whistling for instance, here and there.

These are what I think the lyrics are:

....out all night yeah
we'll show her what it's all about
we'll get jacked up on some cheap champagne
we'll let the good times all roll out
if the music ain't good, well it's just too bad
we're gonna sing along no matter what
cos the dancers don't mind at the new orleans if you tip 'em and then make a cut
do it, take your mama out all night...

Does anyone know the song? Please help...it's catchy! :D LOL.

This is the right song, but was it ever re-released or is there another version? The one I heard had a stronger beat and wasn't so 'jazzy' or 80s like... Do you know what I mean and if so where can I obtain this version?

No. No idea about a remix.

Dya want me to show you where I heard it? it's quite complicated, getting there eventually and you have to watch (or minimise 'til the end) a short interview before hearing it... as it's in a website made as a pop up with Flash.
Does that make any sense? LOL

Shall I describe where?

Hi burninglight!

Ok are you willing to listen to an interview with a supermodel just to hear what I mean? Please? http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif If so I'll give you details...

I heard that song earlier yesterday and it was in my head all day. I recognised the lyrics straight away. larasfrend, this is much more late 70's than 80's in style. And I can hear 70's Elton John all over this track.

Nice one tlr. See, if you put that as Song of the Day, you might get my vote again :D http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

OK Burninglight, sorry for taking sooo long for getting back, but I haven't had time for forumming for ages!

OK- It's on the dior website. Click on WOMEN then launch the pop-up big screen thing. Click on "stars" and the interview starts. Wait 'til it's over then you hear what I mean, it's on at the end for quite long.

Do I need to be clearer? Thanks so much for the help! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

at the end of the interview, she says thanks to ev'ryone at dior and blows a kiss, then we see her on the runway -to this song.

nope, just came up with a load of writing and about 5 minutes later had done nothing else

huh? so lemmme see... you heard the interview, so that works... the last question is which outfit 'we' should buy.... then she thanks them all and it starts... the text- maybe those are the questions... because they're not asked. At the end the words: Dior READY TO WEAR Spring Summer 2005 appear and we see her on the catwalk...

Thanks so much for all your effort and if it doesn't work, you've been wonderfully helpful. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

I'll look around to see if they re-released it or if someone else made another version of it...
