Hey everyone,

My friend and I have just been discussing how cool it would be if a theme park was built in honour of Tomb Raider and the Lara Croft brand.

Can you imagine how amazing that would be. A Croft Manor style maze, a RX-tech roller coaster, a Madubu Gorge log flume and so on.

The thread is slightly random, but what do you guys think of a Tomb Raider theme park?

There are TR-based theme parks.

Would be amazing :D I like the ideas you had for some rides. You could take a tour of Croft's crypts for the haunted house :D

Besides, I don't think the Tomb Raider brand is big enough. If I'm honest it was better when it was more of a cult game.

wasn't there a Tomb Raider ride or something?

I know that this would never be constructed. I realise that the Tomb Raider brand definitely isn't large enough for a theme park to be dedicated to it. It's merely a pipe dream :D

Yeah, there was! But didn't it get renamed? :o

I would love that. XD

I knew this existed, what I was talking about was a 'Theme Park', not a ride. :)

Would be the last nail in the coffin of TR on the way of total casualization.

Apparently you've not heard of DOLLYWOOD! If Dolly's boobs made her famous enough for her own theme park, then I don't see why Lara's boobage could catapult her into theme park status. :ton:

I was on the Tomb Raider ride (now the Time Warp since Paramount pulled out) in Canada's Wonderland. It was an okayish ride. You sit in it lying down so it's easier to ride, but there are much better rides there.

Tbh though, it was Halloween Haunt and we mainly went there for the Haunted Houses, we only went on 2 rides.

The ride in Ohio was amazing. It was renamed due to Paramount no longer being associated with the theme park, though. It's now The Crypt.
