okay guys here pretty good chowder recipe
for when night are cold this is what you will

1-1\2 pounds of bonless and skinless chicken breast
1\2 cup onion chopped
2 garic cloves chopped
3 tbs butter
2 can chicken broth
2 cups of half-half
2 cups of(8once) finely shredded monterey jack or colby jack cheese.
1 can of (16once) cream style corn
1 can of (4once)chopped green chilies
1\4 to 1tsp hot sauce
1 can of (14once)stewed tomatoes chopped
cut the chicken into bite size. in a large sauce pan brown chicken ,onion,garlic in butter until chicken is no longer pink. add chicken broth
bring to a boil and reduce the heat. cover and simmer for five minutes add cream,cheese,cream style corn,chilies,hot sauce .cook and stir until
the cheese is melted stir in chopped stewed tomato
sevre immdiately granish with fresh cliantro
