Ok guys, here i'm going to track how the election goes...

Here are the results as of now....

Candidate-- Electoral--- States Won-----Vote %----Votes
Bush---------195---------------22-------------51%----25,367,446
Kerry--------112----------------11-------------48%----23,553,879

There are still more states that are yet to come to a close...

I dont get it. Where do the 170 and 112 numbers come from?

Those are the Electoral Votes.

First of the two to 270 wins.

i think...i think....that each state has its own amount of points, called electoral vote... so if you add the amount of each state that they win it will become that number...
