What percent are you? (http://blogs.wsj.com/economics/2011/10/19/what-percent-are-you/)

To be a 1%'er, you need to make 506K a year. So if you aspire to maximize the hate towards you, that is your target number.

So, if someone is filthy rich, they're hated? So, using that logic, everyone loves me? Awesome. :D

It's in dollars and if you put in $40,000 it gives you 47%.

If I'm hated judging by how much money I earn then I do not want to live on this planet anymore :p

What the hell I put 50,000 and I got 1%

Does that mean 1% of the population makes 50,000?

Cuz the 1% the occupiers are talking about is based on ownership of the nation's wealth

There are two ways to get 1%. You can be in the 'top' 1% - that's people who earn $506k or more, or in the bottom 1% earning less than $2.5k a year. I don't think this is a popularity thing (as in most to lowest hated), rather a percentage of population earnings?.

I had to make a rough estimate in dollars based on a quick rough estimate on my earnings. I came out at 6%

86%, But the downside to that is that my dad works multiple jobs away from home to provide. So I guess it evens out somehow. :p

That's done in British money though, Apparently I'm 92% in dollars. Dunno where it's all going though. :o

People don't hate someone just because they have money.

People adore celebrities and sports idols. And they're filthy rich.

Yes. you picked up on my sarcasm. Lately, successful people have been demonized. It's ridiculous, how does tearing someone else down make other people's lives better? We should create a climate where more people feel like they can be successful to.

It was always like this as well.
