I don't care too much for the details but there is lots of symbolism in the music and film industry. That doesn't necessarily mean that it is bad symbolism, but it is definitely there.

Symbolic pictures of the month (http://vigilantcitizen.com/pics-of-the-month/symbolic-pics-of-the-month-0112/), these are just pictures of recurring themes. They have a new set every month.

Btw that Twitter is so fake. :p

I do believe that there are some secret organizations, but what secret would they be if they'd actually have a bloody twitter account? Illuminati and the Freemasons are nothing but a mind **** for the common folk who believe everything.

Although I am curious why there is so much symbolism in music videos, movies and pictures. Perhaps an joke by the industry? :p

So... How many threads have been made on this ridiculous topic now? I seriously have lost count.

I'll just post a previous FACTUAL statement I made in another thread on the same topic:

Historically speaking (from what solid truth one can gather about this society) the Illuminati exist (existed would be the better way to put it...) They just aren't what people are making them out to be. They are just the European derivative of the Masons. They were just a bunch of Philosophers and freethinkers during the age of Enlightenment (hence the name Illuminati.) They were a open society in the beginning but in 1777, Karl Theodor banned a lot of open freethinking "salons" and thus the Illuminati had to meet in secret.

There is nothing sinister about them and there have been a lot of "offshoot" groups in history that adapted the name "Illuminati" in their movements.

I know, there's a lot of it around and can be quite in your face. I don't really think much of the Illuminati or anything but the recurring themes do interest me, however there's a lot of recurring themes and then when the themes are something even slightly sinister or devilish then everyone jumps on about the Illuminati. :p I don't know, the symbolism just interests me, I always read about it.

They are recurrent themes because they are simple. You don't seriously believe that everyone who took a picture of someone with one eye not visible had the same, sinister intention behind that? Similarly, the basic shape of an eye is iconic and can represent lots of things - and does, too. It is far too simple a shape to be used only by some conspiracy.

Not everyone of course. But we can't say that none of the people using the symbols doesn't do it for a sinister purpose. I prefer to keep my mind open to the "what if" possibilities, than to overlook sometimes suspiciously recurring images because it has been labeled as conspiracy. And not all images that are reproduced in the Media is easy. The sitting Baphomet for example is not exactly an everyday pose.

Who knows? Could be just for show off, or to get people accustomed to symbols and use them to manipulate them. When it comes to secret societies, I'm sure that their goals or evidence of action, cannot be traceable by the common man. For example the Twitter account is too obvious to be true. Unless, it's a trick as the majority would deem such a public display as a hoax and they therefore really use it. Unless you're somehow an insider you can never know for sure.

The Tomb Raider movie of course :ohn:

No, the illumination period in Europe, which started at the end of the 16 century, had loads of repression by the Church because they focussed more on rational ideas and freedom instead of religion and the old "3 layers" society system.

So I think there had to be a group of people who hide because they didn't want to face the sentence of the Church yet spread there ideas....

And they had NOTHING to do with Satan.

(Not so sure anymore if they stil exist now)

That's too vague for me. So they place symbols in places for some sinister purpose, but we don't know what that purpose is. Then how do we know that something sinister is going on at all?

We don't. It's just good to recognize the symbolism when you see it, and you can believe whatever you want.

I don't mean to be rude, but that sounds like a waste of time.

Just because there are (quite a few) stupid individuals that say evrthing is symbolism doesn't mean the main symbols aren't there. I can think of about 6 or 7 ones that are quite common. Like checkered board patterns, twin pillars, one eye, goat head/horns, duality and dual/opposite personalities.

yeah :) and don't 4get the triangle/pyramid thing

I don't find that rude at all. If only all the articles we read and the time we spent online wasn't a waste of time, but I suppose most of it is. I like to scratch the surface of the occult, I'd never go too deep though.

Yeah, like here: http://i41.************/nnsakz.gif

I agree with Lara Croft!, most of it probably is a waste of time. I like to know what I'm recognising though, the whole reason I researched into the symbols is because I kept noticing them and googled to see if it was just me :p

I don't. The problem is that, the whole Illuminati/Freemasonry/Apocalypse thing is becoming so mainstream, I feel sick everytime I hear about it.
