Welcome back Justin! trololololol

You can do this within Firefox's settings, as well. :p It looks a bit different to your screenshot, but is more similar to previous versions. :D

How? I never found a way to remove the orange button before this plugin.

Right click the space around the address/search bars, and a whole new world of options will open up before you! :p

Indeed, but there is no option to remove the orange button. Try it yourself. :p

It removed mine, anyway.

I don't have any option to remove it. I'm using lastest version, 9.x or something.

It's completely out of alignment with the tabs and the URL bar, thus stealing precious browser viewing space.

I'm a minimalist. :p

Wait, my bad... you need to select the first option, not delesect it.

But then you get a menu bar instead? That's even worse!!

It doesn't really though, it just gets rid of the orange bar. As far as I can see the window still stays the same size without the address bar moving up or anything just creating a blank space between the address bar and the rest of the window.

But that's just replacing the orange button with what the orange button actually does...you're not actually properly removing the orange button's functions! :smk:

Still, I prefer to have the orange button up there anyway, otherwise Firefox looks like one of those annoying spam surveys where you can't find the http://campbellmgold.com/close_icon1.gif button to close it. :hea:

I just preferred this since it's like the old layout. :D

Same here. I may be hot for minimalism, but I'm too used to the classic layout. ;_;

It's the whole scenario where someone tells you to forget about something, but then you reply with "Forget what?", making them repeat what they want you to forget.

Well, something like that, lmao.

But I dunno, I think I would get confused without the Menu Bars, Tabs and such. :p

It's a nice touch, but it's hardly the best plugin ever. :p :D Most people would say that the "Panic Button" is the best one. Gee, I wonder why?

I'd prefer even more menus and more buttons. Well, actually I'd prefer going back to Netscape Navigator 3.0...

Never heard of the panic button.

It's the kind of thing a kid would use in this kind of scenario:

*Alex surfs porn*
*Alex hears Mum coming upstairs*
*Alex presses Panic Button*
*Problem solved :)*

Maybe I'm just old school, but I prefer to have the menu on, and I always enable it. I do tend to dig into the menus frequently for things.

And I have found Firefox to be clunky nowadays, an no where near as fast as it used to be - which is sad as I used to be a pretty big fan of it.

but if you are a minimalist and want as much browsing space as possible; then why not go in fullscreen mode?

I always use this too and no orange button for me :D

Firefox looks so much better without that awful orange button! I might have to try that too. :tmb:

I don't always use Firefox, I mostly use Safari 5 or Google browsers.

I'm starting to think you don't like colour very much Justin! :p

I ditched firefox a couple years ago, I don't regret it. Chrome does the job and is a lot more colourful with its choice of skins - crashing is a lot less frequent too.

Now if only I can find that add-on that gets rid of all the annoying peeps in this world.
