1,000 Mb of e-mail storage, anti-spam filters (and they are very, very efficient) and you can search into your e-mails, like a mini-Google. All this for free. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

And no annoying ad-overload (just discrete text ads in the corner, I barely notice they're there).

Gmail is only better than Hotmail because of the storage imo, I use it as a hard drive hehe.

My Hotmail account recieves on average 57 spam emails per day. My Gmail account so far has recieved a total of zero spam. Thats the difference. However, to Hotmail's credit, Gmail is s*** at sending files.

Janny_C. ,
For many reason, the most important one because of 1,000Mb storage, I need space for my mail, because I get a lot of pictures and stuff and they take 1/4 of the 2MB storage. The exact same thing happens to me on my hotmail account AE. So, Mark, can u please send an invitation to me? Thanks.

I wouldn't mind an invitation :D .

My sbc yahoo email account filters almost everything into the spam box. It's so unreliable.

If anyone wants an invitation, send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will send the invitation.
