I'm sorry to be asking this question in the 'Off Topic' Forum but I'm new here you see and not fully conversant with the format!

Now, I was wondering how does one know when a new PM has arrived, other forums that I subscribe to have a little indicator at the top of the page that indicates a new PM.

I don't wish to seem to be complaining though, this is a beautiful forum. I love the dark skin, it is so relaxing.

Remember you can also enable the 'E-mail me when a new PM has been sent' option in your profile ;)

But would that not complicate matters?

I would then have to check my emails as well as my profile?

*edit: "complicate matters"? How do you mean?
It is just another way to check at the same time. Enable it, and you'll have 2 ways to check instead of only 1, that's all. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Thank you Joseph. I understand! My knowledge of computers is not good!

I am a poor welsh fisherman who loves tombraiding!

Your Microsoft windows is an absolute mystery to me!

Hi Complex: I live in a small fishing village in Southwest Nova, so I know a little about fishing from seeing the boats & fishers (in Canada, we now call them fishers rather than fishermen, it's supposedly more PC http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/whistle.gif ) all the time. What do you fish for? Our boats are mainly lobster & scallop.

Welcome to the forum. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
