Hi and I'm back! I didn't think I'd be coming back because of a recent tragedy this year. I had to make some life and career changes too. I'll tell you what's happened...

Before New Years my father got into a car accident one night near main street and he was sent to the hospital where he soon passed away. I had so much heart ache and grief that I couldn't talk to anyone about it. I resorted to drinking so I wouldn't have to deal. My mom took me into rehab before things went worse. I knew I had to be strong and stand up. I left on Feb. 7th and went back home. The next day I went to New York City in search of a modeling agency (which I've done in the past). I went to numerous and Versace and C. Dior accepted me once they saw my photos from a photoshoot. I'll be modeling Dior's clothing fashions and I'm very ecstatic to do so.

Now someone please tell me what happened to the forums?! Everything's so weird and different... oh nono, I can't SEE! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif I hope everyone is alive and healthy, I missed you all and am sorry for the sudden vacancy.

Sorry to hear about your father. I lost my brother years ago and know what it's like.

I like the looks of the forum much better now. The color scheme is a bit brighter and easier to read

Anyway you sound like you're doing fine, and congrats on your job. That's a very competitive industry.

Glad to see you back Thorn. As you probably remember I lost my mother in 2003 so I can appreciate what you have been going through. I ended up on Anti Depressants so I can appreciate you're problems.

Congratulations on the gig with Dior, you are one of the most attractive young women I have seen and will be well suited to the catwalk. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Seems like a very quick fall and recovery..
Been there though, it isn't pleasent.

Lost alot of people over the last 5 years, close friends, several family members, even my wife.
Personally I survive alot of things by the fact that, well I'm quite a cold person now http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Problem is the losses aren't always just physical, but they're also inside you as well as your friends, sometimes even other aspects of your life.. All ripped apart by a single event.

Just remember, experience expands who you are. The most interesting people you'll ever meet have been forged from thier experiences. This should make you a more seasoned person now, always getting a lesson taught even if you don't realise it. So, well you can be happy that he will always be alive and well, as a part of you.

After all children are a parents legacy ^_^
