View Full Version : Why I feel lucky...

05 October 2004: I had a car accident whilst I was driving. A blind idiot came and hit the back left part of my car. This man stopped and pretended he never hit me. He then admitted it, but he was ready to leave. So, I went and stood in front of his car. What could he do? Run over me? Ha! So, I took the number of his sign (you know, the letters and numbers of his car). I then tried to call the police, but this man left me!!! The police came and wrote down the incident.

The next morning, I got some info about him (from the number of his car). I found his name and address. What surprised me was the fact that the numbers belonged to a white car (Opel Cadet) whilst the car that hit me was green (TOYOTA) I went to this address, but I never found him. This man had stolen the white Opel Kadet and used the numbers to the green TOYOTA!!! I tried to find him, but no success. I was trying for a month. Since I couldn't find him, I quit and fixed my car...

22 February 2005: (yesterday) I was driving back to home (from work) when I suddenly saw a green TOYOTA in front me. I was shocked and I quickly checked the numbers. Damn!!! I couldn't remember if those were the numbers of the car that had hit me. What should I do? I started following him...

I then remembered the police that had come and wrote down the incident. In this piece of paper, there was the number of the car that had hit me. So, I grabbed my dossier and searched for the paper. How lucky I was!!! The paper was there. And the numbers of the car I was following were written on the paper...

I called the police. I was talking to them for 45 mins! I quickly told them what had happened back in October and that I was following the car. The police were very helpful. I was telling them the name of the streets I was passing, so that they could track me down. The man led me to his house. The police soon came, they got his car and him together.

I went to the police station and I wrote down a statement. This guy is gonna pay for the stress and exhaustion I had the days in October. But more than that, he is gonna pay because he was craven!!

LOL Net :D

Apofiss, no! And the reason is because I had felt cheated when he left me. I couldn't believe I let him do that!!! So, while I was following him I was thinking only to grab him. If I wasn't talking to the police on the phone at the same time, I would have blocked his way. But when I asked the police, they told me not to do it.

"I grabbed my dossier!" haha :D awww Yes, I grabbed it and I was looking the papers I had with me. I was throwing all the other papers to the back side of my car. I was so shocked that time, and the least I could thing was to carefully put the papers next to me and tide them up.

Thanks for your posts everyone!!! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/hug.gif

Elen what goes around comes around. Good for you girl. In Australia he would have been thrown immediately into gaol (jail) for the theft of the number plates of the car. And the police were right for you not to block him off as he could have had a gun or a knife or even just bashed you. He wouldn't have gotten off very lightly here. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif

Good for you girl. Believe in karma yet? Good things come back around for those who deserve them. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Well, this guy had entered his house and when the police came they knocked his door, having their guns out. The area, where this man lives, doesn't have a good name.

Andro, now I believe :D

Thanks http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/hug.gif

The full extent of Elen's bravery can now be shown for the first time via speed camera screenies.

Confronting her adversory as he prepared to get in his car, Elen first had to dodge a hail of bullets...

Then, after a bruising high speed chase through the streets of Athens and Thessaloniki, Elen finally outmaneuvered her tricky opponents by running them into the side of a petrol station

It's like the female version of Knight Rider http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/privateeye.gif

fantastic scotty ,but if you knew how slow are the reactions of the police here, and how diificult and absolutely rare is for a greek women to react like this, then you will understand that helen did something unique for greece, its a historical moment, that greek police found a stolen car even if it was with the help of a very special girl! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/mischievous.gif [thats for the greek police not helen!]
