When to a sea-food restaurant this evening and ate squid for the first time. Now my stomach feels like it's been punched by a heavy-weight boxer. Anyone got any ideas how I can lose the nausea?

A fresh orange. The natural citric acids soak up and dissolve all the bad stuff. Oh, and lay off the booze. ;)

Like ae said...also a sprite or ginger ale will help settle the stomach.

1) Take a poo, even if you don't need to.
2) Eat something.
3) Induce vomiting.
4) Drink some ginger ale.
