It's to answer Marianne's question. It summed it up pretty good...

The whole thing goes something like this:
Guy walks up to Nemi (gothic person) and Cyan (eye-catching hair) and claims he solved Rubics Cube in under three minutes. He brags about how smart he is. Nemi replies with a colorful answer, stating the fact that if he really was that smart he shouldn't need to brag about it.
Then she adds that she believes that he did so to hide some other "detail" about himself that might not come accross quite as impressive - which of course makes him leave. She is then satisfied that she managed to get rid of him in just 12 seconds. :D

And yes, my weekend: Last night I went to a party with my best friend. I drank some vodka, but all in all it was boring, so we decided to go to this bar we go to every now and then. When we got there, I noticed this guy who looked so much like the first guy I've ever been really madly in love with(that was when I was in 7th grade and him in 9th, so nearly 10 years ago)I've never ever seen him at that place before. My friend was really drunk, so when I told her about this, she went straight over to him and his mates and started talking to them like she's known them for years :eek: Of course I followed her, but was nearly afraid that he'd like her since she was all over him talking. We walked up to the stage area(all of us) and he started dancing.......with ME :eek: The dancing went over to holding hands and even making out :D We kept it going and he bought me drinks until closing time and when we left he waited for me to get my coat and then we walked to a bus stop which is over a bridge...nearly 40 minutes walking from where we were.....holding hands all the way. And when his mates pulled over and said they had room for only one more in the car, he rather waited for the bus together with me than to go with them. When we got to his bus stop I expected him to just leave, but no....he took me by the hand and pulled me out of the bus....and up to his house. We sat there talking, found out we had a lot in common, kissed some more, drank some red wine.....and not once did he try to get onto me....contrary to most other guys(slimebags) I've ever met. Then we went to sleep-in the same bed- with all of the clothes on. And this very morning, he asked me if I was leaving and no phone numbers exchanged, so I take it he wasn't interested, and he only hugged me and kissed me briefly on the cheek when I left. When I told him I thought he was interested in my friend, his answer was: "Could you really not tell that it was you I wanted and not her?" And when I mentioned we had gone to the same school, he immediately remembered me, saying "I knew I had seen you somewhere before".....mind me, it's been 10 years since we went to school together, and that time we NEVER spoke a word to eachother and my friend back then suspected him to be interested in me. Well, I must have made some sort of impression on him, or else he wouldn't have remembered me.....or am I just way out there??? I'm not gonna get all up there since he is obviously not interested, but there must have been something there, like a spark or something...I don't know :confused: Scary thing is that I was speaking about him to my friend right after we entered the bar(like 15 minutes before I knew he was there) and I said to her: "If there's anyone I'd like to make out with, it has to be him" http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif

Oh, I'm just looking at the bright side of life, though I must admit I hate Valentine's Day, all of its happy couples(no offense everyone, I'm really happy on your behalf if you're lucky enough to have someone) and being bombarded with love letters/emails from irritating ex-boyfriends :rolleyes:
