I've been trying to download it, but it doesn't let me  I'll keep trying, though ;) I've found alternative browsers very handy. I'm using MYIE2 on my laptop and I find it much faster and with way more features than IE http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

When you download, it will redirect you to C|Net, and then should automatically download from there... http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Okie, just downloaded it! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif I had to search through Google for another download site/mirror, though, cause the official one wouldn't start

It looks really cool! I'll take my time exploring its features later http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif Thanks for sharing, Draco http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Could you post the mirror just in case someone else can't download it either?

I rather like it myself, even if it isn't an independent browser... http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Here it is:

PhaseOut Alternative Download Site (http://www.tucows.com/preview/319821.html)

This site various downloading options - you can select your OS; and your country and pic a mirror from there, so there are higher chances that you find a working link http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Had a play. Bit too cluttered for me. I prefer my browser nice and simple.

This is how I prefer my browser. Minimal icons. I'm paying for my connection, so I want to see as much of the web as I can.

For no other reason than 95% of internet users use I.E. so I have to design for the masses. That's the only reason, believe me.

Prolly the only reason 95% use IE is because it comes with Winda$...

Deano. I believe TweakXP will remove/modify the I.E. branding. There's a manual way which I remember doing some time ago, but I'll have to refresh my memory.

I've added a key to the registry for IE, I was just wondering if anyone who uses SlimBrowser knew a way to remove the branding from it.
