HELP!

I'm in Trenches part one.......after when I shoot the gas tank on the machine gun and guy behind it, I have to crawl through and out to the street........And I have the problem with it.......When I try go out, I can't ...I pressed all buttoms, but she doesn't want to move out.
I don't know what to do......what buttoms I have to press..........I really tried everything

You have to face the other way at the end of the crawl backwards and press the action button
