I don't know how it is in the rest of the world, but here in Chicago it has been one - long - miserable summer. Hot, humid, no rain - every day the same. 22 days above 90 degrees (F) at Chicago's Midway Airport in June-July. And now August looks to be more of the same. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/c-1.gif
I don't have air conditioning, and I'm sick of walking around the apartment in my underwear (not a pretty sight  )
I want to see my breath in the morning air again - to see people with umbrellas dashing out of the rain. I want to close the window at night and throw on a blanket.
Don't get me wrong - I used to love summer - bicycling and swimming and washing the car - all that stuff - but I wonder if global warming is causing this hot weather. Guess I'm just getting older.

The weather does seem to have gone nutty. Over here in England, winter used to mean guaranteed snow from October-November through to March. Now, the whole country panics, 'traffic chaos' rules the roads and newsreaders stand in fields deploring 'the great chill' when we get a light dusting of the stuff! The seasons blend into each other with days and days of grey, overcast monotany http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/c-1.gif . Summer now is merely mild and dry, while our winters are cool and wet. It really starts driving you crazy - grey esp' makes me depressed.

Please find me a planet with true seasons!

Yeah, we had such a lot of torrential rains this monsoons! Caused a LOT of damage here and relative temperature went up a little. Maybe it IS global warming.
God save the planet.

We've been having good weather, sunny and clear and rarely warmer than 70F. Come live in Scotland! :D

Summer here is blistering hot. In this part of the world we seem to get the extremes... hot summer, bloody cold winter.

However it seems to be cooling down... and it's much darker in the mornings than it was a week ago. I think fall is coming http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif YAY!!!

There was a storm in my country a few days ago and now it's pretty cold for August. It's too bad that sea is cold to swim... :(
