I assume I'm one of the very few Europeans who's fallen in love with the fantastic genre known only as Country-Rock which appears to be the most succcesful genre in Canada right now and the second most successful one (after rap) in America. If I'm in any way mistaken about this, then don't shoot me coz I got this info from someplace else.

Fact is that I LOVE Country-Rock!!!!!!!! And the great thing about this genre is that it's the women who rule and not the men. And the women always seem to be very attractive. And the genre itself is the kinda uptempo, modern-day country with smashing guitars, a chilling rock 'n roll rhythm and a beautiful female voice to bind it all together nicely.

Classic examples of this new genre are:

Shania Twain, Faith Hill, The dixie chicks, LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, Terri Clark, SheDAISY, Jessica Andrews, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Sherrie Austin, Lila McCann, Jamie O'Neal, Sara Evans, L.J. Daylee, Wynonna, Trisha Yearwood, Chely Wright, a.o. (and others) .....

If you should have any other names that provide great rock 'n roll mixed with country-music ... lemme know coz I LIKE it!! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif

Many thanks,

Bye for now

I guess, even by global standards, I am the only one who loves this music. :(
