It's been snowing here non-stop for three days! Every morning at 6am (about an hour after I go to bed) the snow-plowers and ice-"s****ers" wake me up. It must be well above a 100 db's!!
And yet, I haven't seen a single kid with a snowracer or a plastic bag... ;)

30-01-04, 14:43
Your kidding
I know the kids over here pray for snow but we never seem to get any, well apart from a few flakes.

We're supposed to have another snowstorm Sunday night.

@Nat- you're lucky. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif Last year we had 3 days of successive ice storms. It's really creepy to drive past the busiest part of town, and see it pitch black because the ice was knocking all the power out. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif

Hey BAC! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Jun --> That's nothing comparred to what I've got outside my window! The snow-plows just made a sweep so now it's impossible to cross the street without climbing a three-foot wall of packed snow and ice! lol

Pity the dog still has one more walk today. I'd want to stay inside and watch a video...

I thought this topic was going to be about something else.

Like the fluffy white stuff called text that goes something like this:

Post: Hi 'so&so'. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Reply: Hi 'you' http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/hug.gif I've missed you.

^Reply: Thanks 'you'. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/hug.gif How've ya been? http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/clown.gif

^Reply: I've been fine. Thanks for asking. Has anyone seen 'you know who'?

^Reply: I don't know where 'you know who' is. I hope they come back soon and post some more.

^Re: I hope they come back too. I miss them. I'm 13 and a half. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif I just love this Message Board and when I say message board I mean 'Chat Room'.

And the original topic would be about something totally different. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/bash.gif

Just Kidding ;p

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif Take for instance in the back of the newspaper. In fact that reminds me of that Simpson's episode where Homer reads that section called "Kicking Back" :D and it has a rainbow for the header. Or like at the end of news reports where they tell you about how a little pooch dresses up like Abe Lincoln and sings (howls -actually) to the National Anthem (as performed by it's master - an 83 year old lady that plays the acordian....) Then the newscaster's have a good chuckle, "sign off" and then say good night (....and Stay Tuned for Jay Leno). That's what I mean by Fluffy. It's fluff and puff, frilly pointless posts that always break off from the regular path to the magical land of lollipops and rainbows. i.e. " http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/hug.gif "

But speaking of weather http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/privateeye.gif .... We're supposed to get a pretty bad snow storm tonight. Hope all those Super Bowl Partiers don't get snowed in the sport bars they're at. They may have to spend the night. I hope they have enough Beer and Hot Wings.

01-02-04, 14:10
hehe, don't most threads do that? :D http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

We have a clear blue sky this afternoon and just above 0 degrees. Snow is turning into slush... Can't wait till spring!

01-02-04, 16:12

OMGosh Jules. Exactly :D

This thread is not for chatting and what we ate last night. If you want to add any comment about the initial matter, please do. Otherwise, let us know. Thanks. Gotta love that. :D

We didn't getny snow last night. Oh well, were due for some today. :(

Sounds like a good idea, Marianne!

After having 0 degrees yesterday, and later on a couple of degrees warmer, most snow melted. During the early morning hours the temp. dropped to five below so now our streets are covered with ice. Bring out the skates! :D
