Cant get out of the water in Citadel

Hello and thank you, Im on level 33, Citadel, and accidenly i fell into the water, and i cant find my way out.

I guess you are playing TR:The Last Revelation. There are a couple of water areas so I'll make a guess saying that you fall in the water area after using the torch...

If so, then go where you found the grenades ammo. Notice that there is a long ledge opposite where you found the ammo. Climb up the ledge and turn around. Notice the tall block on you right (west I think). Take a running jump to grab the block and find yourself back to where you entered this room...
