Say Gavman, what program is it that you are using to make these? It looks like something out of Bryce, but I can't be sure.

High-end graphics package, not something that can be purchased in a shop unfortunately. Although it would be nice if this sort of thing was available to the general public at a reasonable price as it's a fair piece of kit I have to admit. When Mr TLR wakes up from his beauty sleep http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif he might post my latest desktop for u do download. I've just finished a Chemical corridor, rather FPS looking. It should be here shortly. ;)

Ah yes. 3ds max. I wish I could figure that out, as I do happen to have version 4.25 :D . I guess I will have to play around with it a little bit more, so I can start to make things that actually look like something worth looking at http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Hey, Gavman - awesome wallpapers! Well done!!!

Those are simply amazing, Gavman. I like the colours in the first one best, but the pearl effect in the third is great. I can't wait to see the next one TLR has to post up.

11-03-03, 20:58
Ok, ok... The fourth one makes me wanna play... Ummm... AOD!! No kidding!!! This could be from the undergrounds of Paris ;)

11-03-03, 21:14
mmm... Food for thought :D

Be back in a few days when I've made something else, just had an awesome idea for an ice crystal cave surrounded by snow and water. This could be tricky so I'm not guranteeing anything, I'll see what I can do ;) .

11-03-03, 22:50
I really don't know how you do it. That corridor looks great. A lot of depth. You really need to get into game design.

11-03-03, 23:09
Dedication & passion, something most level designers seem to have forgoten about http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif .

I'm making an AVI animation of the Chilled Spiral scene, which should be available for download sometime tomorrow. It makes a superb screensaver too, but you will need to have a screensaver setup which runs AVI's for that. There's a website for the AVIMPG screensaver setup, but the free trial version will run out after 60 days, alternatively you can purchase their AVIMPG screensaver if you want it permanently. Or you can just watch the AVI I've made on Windows Media Player http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif . I'll keep u posted.

If you know of any Completely free AVI screensaver downloads, I'd be grateful if you'de let me know,, thx. In the mean time I'll keep looking out for somethin ;) .

13-03-03, 21:29
Apologies for the AVI animation delay people, it will be posted as soon as its ready, in the mean time, as mentioned earlier I've made the Crystal Cave and a Desktop wallpaper for you http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif .

TLR will place it here soon!
