Getting the secrets!

I cannot get to two of the secrets.
In the ice palace the room before the timed doors to exit the level, there's a secret there but I can't find it
In temple of Xian, the first secret just following the opening slides after triggerig the trap, how on earth do you get to it?

Inside the timed door room thre`s a climbable wall in the spikes which you can walk through then climb to get the gold dragon.
The second one you need to do a roll whilst sliding so that you are going backwards when you reach the waler fall then hold grab,Lara will grab the edge and you can shimmy left to the secret.Hope this helps :D
