I have download the patch, and the save file for the desert railroad, and i can run the game fine, but because all my save files are gone i want to use the save file for level 13 but i just done know how to use it, what am do i do to be able to have the save file in my list to load from.

never mind about my question, ive been looking up the past posts on this forum, and found my solution, for those of you with the same problem you dont need the patches at all, what u do is go to set up and tick the box that says "bump mapping", and load your game as you usually would, you will find that you continue on to the desert railroad level
