HELP- Can't Play!!

I am in Trajan's Markets and keep getting tossed back to Windows. I checked for new drivers but I'm using the latest ones. I'm about to toss the whole game!! It quits no matter which key I touch, and in no particular place. Please suggest SOMETHING!! :( :(

fret not! expert, er, advice is here. can you tell me what hardware you're packing, and also give me the driver version for your current graphics card & mem capacity. thanks.

same thing is happening to me...I played the first level and it was normal, but in Trajan's market this problem started...everytime I get to that first monster with green eyes....help me..
