Having a bit of trouble making my avatar 10kb is there something i need to do?

Go to www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us) and when the page opens, hit the button 'Browse'. This will give you access to the contents of your hard drive. Locate your avatar and when you find it, hit 'Open'. When you do so, the path of the file will appear in the blank bar next to the 'Browse' button. When this happens, hit 'Host it!' just below. The image will be uploaded and a new page will open. Scroll down to where it says 'Show image to friends' and hit the word 'Show'. This will open your image in a separate window. Right-click on the image then, go 'Properties', highlight the URL address that shows in the panel and copy it. Then come back here, open a reply box in this thread and paste that URL that you copied http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

So I resized it and saved it so as it will be under 10kb. See:
