After I've installed it, when I try starting Glidos up, I get a message saying "Wrong Tomb.exe file". What do I do?

Yes. Download the correct tomb.exe file. You can collect that HERE (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/windowsxp.html)

HERE (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/cgi-bin/downloads2/dl.pl?tr1_fx_glidos_support) is the direct download link. Replace your existing tomb.exe with this 3DFX version.
