Hi TDSAssassinP,

NTFS is not a problem.

Try the following:-

Downloaded and install VDM Sound (http://www.ece.mcgill.ca/~vromas/vdmsound/).

Put the TR disk in the CD drive (first one if you have 2) and exit any autostart progams.

Open a DOS command window and make it full screen by pressing ALT + ENTER and type the following :-

e:
cd\
dosdrv
install

Where e: is the cd drive.

The TR installer should now start. Install in the default location, which is C:\TOMBRAID. When you get to the Sound setup Select SoundBlaster and pick
Port : 220
DMA: 1
IRQ: 7
Do not try and test the sound card as it will hang. Now finish the install.

Now you can test the normal game. Open a DOS window and type :-
c:
cd\tombraid
dosdrv
tomb

The game should start. Press F4 for high graphics (well slightly better).

Once you are happy with the installation you might want to install the Glidos version, which gives you higher resolutions.

A more comprehensive version of these instructions are available on the Glidos Site (http://www.glidos.net/install.html?lang=en).
