I encounter similar problems like this him too, which bugs me!
Well, I don't dare to hit my LOOK button cos it will only trigger crashes.
I've run Direct Diagnostic too...and guess what, after all these year, TR, TR 2, TR3 and many more games which I've completed, I finally founded that my 3d card and display card aren't Certified by MS.....
Could this be why TR 5 hangs so often...?
Anyway I'm about to finish Chronicles...(without even Looking)
