my problem is that I tried to uninstall, then try to install again, but I can't. the install button on the autorun menu isn't lit. so I can't play. the reason I tried to uninstall was that when I got to level 14, after the movie, it returned to desktop. I tried about 50 times, but to no avail. I didn't have any problems up to level 14.
I have a Pentium III which I bought about 4 months ago, so I don't know much about computers.
please help somebody!!!!!!!

It sounds as if the ini file is reporting that the game is still installed, go to Windows Explorer, and browse the Tomb Raider CD then double click on the setup file. This will reinstall the game automatically.

Dear Administrator,
I managed to re-install the game, but I still have the problem that after level 14 the game crashes and returns to desktop. I haven't had any problems until now. could it be a fault disc?

There is a bug which prevents the game from loading some levels. If you go www.tombraiderchronicles.com (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com) and to the TR4 section, you can download a patch to remedy the problem. Please read the text file included first.
