An annoying problem

I also experianced this with TR2. When the music kicks in, Lara freezes for a few seconds. Very annoying when you are trying to set up a jump or something. Will this be corrected with a patch? I have DX 7 from the CD and the latest drivers for my video card and a 48 speed CD Rom.

If the pause is only a few seconds, this can typically be explained with fast accessing CDRoms. I have heard of many instances when a high speed CDRom powers down, only to be called from within the app. The delay is caused by the pause waiting for the unit to reach reading speed. If this only occurs when music is being cued, then this is more likely to be the problem.
