level editor installation probs

cant seem to get my editor to work. i install it fine, but when i click on room edit i get "this programme has generated errors" and it closes.

i'm running in 16 bit. does anyone know a way to get around this? i'm using windows 2000 prof, so im not sure whether the editor is compatible with this or not.

Hi spike. Have you tried running it in Compatibility mode? Right click on the program executable and select Properties/Compatibility tab and tick the box Run this program in Compatibility mode for: (and select Windows 98/Me from the drop down box.

If you do not see a Compatibility tab, you need to enable it for Windows 2000. Follow instructions for that in the TR4 FAQ HERE (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/tr4/faq.html)
