Graphic mess in conversation mode

I play AOD with my laptop and when I have a conversation with a character (especially with Pierre at the Cafè Metro) I can see the inside of his body! For example I completely see the eye bulb because the skin around is such as excavated... do you think I can fix in some way this surgery-mode? :confused:

This is a problem that is fixed in the AOD patches. You can download them from :-

I would recommend v42 followed by v49. Don't bother with v52.
