For those who've used Glidos...

Is it safe to use on the computer. Has anyone experienced any serious problems with it?

I'm always wary about installing new things on my computer because I worry loads that they damage my computer. I once bought Alone In The Dark 4 and said something about installing a program to do with OpenGL that may damage my computer so i had to take it back. Since then I've been wary about downloading things.
If anyone knows why my TR crashes when the install program finishes or I end my game, I would be grateful. It worked fine on my older, slower computer, but not on this one (even though it's from 1999)

TR1 is compatible with win 98 so you shouldn't need glidos.
You could still try it with Glidos it shouldn't affect the way your computer runs at all. It will just improve TR1 graphics http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
