Another question that has probably been asked before... how to make outfits?

How do you make outfits for lara? I have the sims and make outfits for them all the time, is it the same sort of thing for lara?

No, making outfits is rather complicated if you want to do it right. You can replace the textures with other clothes but you have to use a paint program to create them or use other clothe textures from Lara. If that is not enough you can create new meshes but if you never worked with a 3D program you might want to think that over. And I did I not mentioned skin joints you'll have to remap?

I'm working on an outfit right now but for me it's rather boring and I hope to finish it soon. But hé, you may like it ;)

Have you found the programs needed yet?
WADMerger, Strpix, a paint program and a CAD program (I use Metasequoia, which is available for free) are most important. ;)

thanks guys, I had no idea it was so complecated, I have tried making meshes before and failed miserably, I might have a go at re-texturing though. I think I just might stick to screenshots! How do I put pictures on here?

To post pictures you must upload them onto some webspace. There are websites were you can upload for free but I dont know them.

Then you can link them here. You must start with "then the adress of your image with no space in between"

Well do you mind if I show my outfit here. Please it's still beta. Some like it some dont.
