TR3 and Windows 2000

What's the story with Tomb Raider 3 and Windows 2000? I My game plays the inital story with the meteor crashing etc, but will not go any further than the picture of Lara where all the game play options appear (passport, sound levels etc). Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks.

nb1. select "WINDOWED MODE" and you'll be fine. We're releasing a third patch soon for Tomb Raider III. The March utility update for Windows 2000 users from M$ also solves some gameplay issues.

I can't even run the Tombraider setup. Has anyone got this working yet?
