how do you make the LE work ????

I am seriously confused about how to get this thing up and running. I have downloaded the manual. But that didn't help.
WhenI put in the disk all that happened was some TR4 levels came up. How do I make the LE work bcoz I would really like to make my own levels.
HELP !

Since you say "up and running" and "when I put in the disk," I am guessing that you haven't succeeded in getting it installed. Is that correct? First of all, what disk are you putting in, and second, what exactly comes up on the screen? Try and describe what's happening with as much detail as possible.

Ok, I'll do a bit of guessing here,

Have you installed the level editor???
If not then this is just a little problem. and if you have, I think what you are doing is a silly little problem you will kick yourself for. You are running the Tomb4.exe. Try running winroomedit.exe
Once in there load up an original level to work on.

Thanks David. I thought he might be trying to find it on the game disk. Once I had confirmed that he had actually installed it I would have had him check what you've mentioned.

Scotslass... David has mentioned the actual file names that one would click on to execute the programs. Once the Editor is installed, get to the editor by clicking "Start... Programs... Core Design... Tomb Raider Level Editor... Tools... Room Editor. You can right-click Room Editor and select "Send to.. Desktop (Create shortcut)" and you'll have an icon on your desktop to click instead of using the Start menus.
