I didn't understand

After the end of TR Chronicles, I didn't understand what happened. When Von Croy said "we've found her", did he refer to him finding her at an earlier time or did it mean that she died? I am really confused. Can you help?

in the story line of chronicles Laura's friends gather at Croft manor to reminisce about her past adventures following a memorial serves. this takes place within days of the final seen from the last revelation. when Von Croy says we found her it is safe to assume she survived since core has just developed a brand new engine for the next generation series of TR. I belive her missing status was written in to the story line to buy time. Core has been locked in to one relies per year agenda with the original series. One year is simply not enough time to develop a new editor and produce a full epic game from it. the relies date for next generation has already been pushed back to 2002. the only reason the old editor is now available to us is that core will no longer be using it them selves. -Rob Brown-
