DOS-English.TXT won't play

Guess that I'm doing something wrong but I just can't see what. I've made all the changes but when I try to script I get error message - not found in generic strings. This happens whenever I try to change the name of a level. Help!

DO NOT follow what the manual says about going to DOS to execute the command. The manual is a bit out of date for what was included. Instead, when you're at the point where you'd go to DOS, just execute (dbl-click) the "script.bat" file. It will do all the creating, moving, and deleting for you.

As far as what you've done inside the script, I'd need to know precisely what you've done.

Thanks for the tip DaleR. The next time (fairly soon) I'll try it that way.
What I did find was that you couldn't add to the generic strings. I finally got things to work by over-writing an existing entry. Of course, this means that I've lost an entry or two from Generic Strings. Apart from that I followed the manual. :D
