Pass codes, nitrous, and mine detonator

I have obtained the pass codes the nitrous and the mine detonator what do I do next? I went to seek more info from the almost dead soldier that asked for the codes and now he tells me nothing???

Try walking away from the soldier, then going back to him again once you have the nitro and codes. Occasionally, this needs to be done to initiate the cut scene that follows.
