The hooks in the funhouse(Coastal Ruins)

The part in the Coastal Ruins level when I have to pull the hook out of the wall is driving me crazy.
I don`t know which one I should pull out nor how to pull it out in that case.
I`ve tried the level skip cheat but I ended up in an underwater chamber with a shark .
Can you tell me how to pull the hook out of the wall and if I have to do something earlier or in a special order so i can pull it out?

There are three hooks in a room which is only accesable via a pole. Face each hook and press the action key. Lara will unscrew the correct one.

is there some way to pass the shark after doing the level skip cheat???

There is an exit in the roof of the underwater cavern which upon entry releases Lara from the gaping jaws of Moby the Shark and continues the adventure.
