Controls for The Last Revelation

Does anyone know the controls for Lara on The Last Revelation, I have lost the box the CD came with and am a little stuffed without it ?

I don't know about Play Station, but for PC its:

Ctrl: is the action button (shoot/grab/climb/etc)
Alt: is jump
The <, button pulls out a flare (if you have one)
The >. button is crouch (crawl if used with cursor keys)
End is roll
Space Bar draws the gun(s)
Sift + cursor keys: walk/side step
+
? key whilst running (cursor keys) makes lara sprint
Whilst sprinting press Alt to dive forwards.
Ins (key pad 0) (num lock needs to be OFF) to look (use cursor keys for direction)
ESC: inventory

That should be enough to get you going...
