could you tell me the specific statue i've got to push to reveal the corridor so i can keep on with the game

Take the Amulet of Horus, then follow the river of blood to a room with a statue and some coffins. Push the statue onto the coloured square by the empty coffin. That opens a door behind another coffin, allowing you to progress through the game.
