Trainer with patch...

ok so i had a trainer.. and it worked fine... etc etc... but since i got the patch it doesnt works anymore http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif so is there any trainer that works with the patch??? tnx ;)

the trainer doesn't work with the patch, they will probably have new trainer out that works with the patch later on
