Hi sassy1, welcome to the forum! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
Well, you should be fast enough to pass that area. A little practice and you will pass it ;)

Try jumping while you run. Lara can move really fast if you hold down the RUN key and tap the JUMP key. This should really put some distance between you and the flames once you get into that last tunnel.
I use PC and it's the ALT key. I didn't try the SPRINT key while running. Maybe that would work ('0' for PC users).

When Lara hops through the hole in the duct, the camera changes view, but you can still control Lara. Take advantage of this to turn her towards the exit and start running/jumping your way out; don't wait for the camera to turn back toy your/Lara's view to start running http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
