not enough ammo to kill Boaz

I only have 25 shots to kill Boaz with. I have been told that there is a never ending supply of ammo somewhere but I can't find it.

Please help.

The worst were those rolling centipede bug things in Bio Research... luckily I realised you could just ignore them. I'm hoping there aren't any more of them. They move so quickly, it's impossible to do anything with the new aiming.
