Since Aod came out, there has been nothing but people fighting here. Gosh people. Cant we all just get along? http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif There has just been a flood of mild (or hot) tempered people flowing into this place. Yes we all have our opinions but we dont have to get nasty. Just plz... will everyone act mature. Its just a forum. Nothing bad required.
Sincerly your,
Scoobyjo

I think people are just getting angry because the delays with the game and people snapping at each other over certain moves that you can/cant do.....i dont think people are actually fighting though.

I agree, the delays are not helping, And from what I can read here the bugs in the game are not making people happy either. But hey life is a big bowl of cherries :D Or so they say, I myself have got over my anger at least until the next hold up in the UK but I live in hope.. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/music2.gif

I must admit that I do get a bit despondant each time a release date comes and goes again, but it never lasts long with me, then I start getting excited again about the new date coming up. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif

Heres a kiss for all my fellow TR fans http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/love1.gif

Yeah you are all correct! But you must understand that most people are annoyed by the delays cos they read all these threads that they are referring to the gameplay, the ending of the game etc and just want to get the game NOW!!! That's what makes them a bit angry! :D

Agree! Think that's it too! It's all just a pillow-fight... http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/pillow.gif

There's nothing wrong with a good old-fashioned pillow fight :D

I wouldn't mind seeing Lara and Kurtis pillow-fighting ;)

I don't know that it is as much Bad Tempers as it is that people are standing up for themselves. I've seen alot of it. I've done it myself.

There are a few, not many, but a few, people who have very high opinions of themselves and make snide and/or rude replies to completely benign(sp?) posts. Some seem to take the term "Superior Member" much too much to heart. They seem to think that this gives them some kind of Divine Power, intelligence, experience. They fail to realize that it only means that you have been a member of this board longer OR you have posted more messages. And NOTHING more.

There is nothing wrong with defending yourself when someone sets out to make themselves feel better by making someone else look foolish. They are internet Bullies and should be treated like internet bullies.

If I'm wrong, I'll wear a thong. EWWWWWW. Nobody wants to see that.

??Lara and Kurtis in a pillow fight, huh? A pillow fight or a PILLOW Fight?

Hi: This is my first time posting a message here. I mainly registered to try and keep up-to-date on the elusive PC version release date. I think these forums are wonderful! Not only are they informative, but also an excellent place for people to express their emotions - good and bad. Me? Well I've been pretty cranky since November 2002 which was the original release date. Then it was February 2003, and no game. Then April, June, and now supposedly July! As written before, I think along with this long wait comes an increased expectation of a flawless game. I haven't played it (PS2) but I guess there has been some frustration with parts of it.

Someone at Eidos/Core should get fired...this has really been an example of really bad business practices and poor planning. I've considered not buying AOD - but I know that as soon as it comes out I'll plunk down my fifty bucks for it - flaws and all...cause I just love Lara! In the meantime, I've been playing Half-Life, which I had bought for my son a while ago. I've always been too scared to play it (wimp) but it's fun and has helped keep my mind off AOD release dates So, looks like I'm going to be Morgan Freeman until I can be Lara Croft. Thanks for letting me express my opinions!

Sincerely,

an old hippiechick gamer http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/flirt.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

I found myself put out with all the delays also and am not happy with some of the things in the game now but over all i am happy to have the new installment of lara i just hope they don't wait as long for the next as we did for AOD. I do think it was a mistake on edios part because it brought about so much hype by taking so looooooong that there are going to be alot of people disapointed by it. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/grouphug.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/music1.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/pillow.gif

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif Well I know everone is mad about the delays and the bugs. But just think... If they didnt delay it then there would be more bugs than there are now. I think core released it this time was because everyone was so angry. You see I wish then would have delayed it again so it would have that many bugs. They were doing there best though.
