Will "Britney's Dance Beat" beat TRNG?

"The end-all result is quite stunning, really. It's a Britney Spears game that ALSO happes to be a great dance game, and quite frankly, I'm stricken. Perhaps even flabbergasted. The game is fun AND it has a big license. How that has come to pass, only the gods know, but apparently, THQ has some communication with them and has been blessed.

There's no denying it, Britney's Dance Beat is going to rock this world, and even though it scares me to my bones, the gameplay is there, and it's solid as her popularity is growing. Best of all, the circular dance meter works great, and with the attack system in place, both the single and two-player modes will entice millions of gamers. THQ has an astounding success on its hands, and it'll be intertesting to see just how far this one goes. (Oh my God, and I already foreesee the endless requests for nude code filling the IGN mailboxes like a landslide..."

Actually, I don't think it will be so popular. How many little 9 year old girls have a PlayStation 2 just lying around? Besides, it's supposed to be something like Bust a Move. Now that wasn't very good. Also it's coming out in March. Even if people do like it, I think they'll be over it by then.

For one thing, Britney only appeals to one age group, plus a few dirty old men who need viagra. Lara appeals to all generations. I should know, I'm 45 and totally obsessed. I will give Britany credit, she has been doing this since she was a child and works very hard. But Britany beating out Lara? Not is this life baby! ;)
