I don't if it's only be, but I don't think they said anything about the prespective of the game yet. ;)

Wouldn't it be nice if you could choose a camera angle from the menu, like in football computer games. They could have front, back, top, sides and 1st person views. To answer your question, though, I'v no doubt it will be 3rd person
