OH MY GOD im sooooooooooooo ****ed. i thought tomb raider was comming out on march 20 since all the websites made such a bigg deal about it. their only gonna have a press confrence and show some fmv's, screenshots, characters and stuff . dont get me wrong, im going to looooooooove this but its nothing compared to having the actual game. NOW I GOTTA WAIT ANOTHER YEAR...... this is gonna be the longest year of my life.
OH yeah and on march 20 there also going to reveal the new title. and it might not even be tomb raider. my prediction is that its gonna be lara croft something. i really suggest u read the article yourself at the link above.

welcome aboard. agreed, Next Gen. will be released sometime in December, but there's a big surprise coming on March 20th, definately a day to remember! We'll be covering the whole event so don't forget to stop by.

hey!! tlr online, how come you got invited to the press release. where can i get tickets. are u going to record it . if u do can u put it on kazaa so we all can see it or post it on your site. i want to see ever bit of the game. im really excited. i can wait till december. im pulling my hair. when u get back from the event make sure to tell us all of the little details down to the buckles on her boots. thanks and please video tape it . bye

I read the artical on the website about the showing of screenshots and the other good-stuff. Will they will be stating the official name? And will a real person be doing the voice for Lara in Next Generation? Just curious...

OK, good Angelina Jolie isn't doing the voice is it going to be the person that did the other games?
The voice in TR3 is totally different from TR4 and totally different from Angelina Jolie's.

wy dont u want angelina to do her voice. dont u think she ca pull of the accent. to tell u the truth, i really, really, really, hate the voices of lara croft in all the tomb raider games especially tombraider 1 and 5 oh and 4. three was good her voice sounded like an actual womans voice and not a little girl. after all she is 32. the tomb raider three voice sounded kind of like elizabeth herleys voice. they should call her . but i think angelinas voicewould be good for the job.

Well the reason I did not want Jolie to do Lara's voice was because,in my oppinion, I don't think Jolie pulls off the accent very well.I think that when she does it she sounds like a man.I am sooo sorry for all you Jolie fans.I don't want to start an argument.My favorite voice was the Tomb Raider 4.She sounded a lot more feminen,but not like a little girl.I own TR 2 and I don't think she sounds like a little girl on that either.I would like to see the lady on TR 1,2, or 4 to do her voice.I like fours best though. :D
I liked the voice of Lara in Tomb Raider II and TRIII. I didn't like the voices from the others.
In my opinion, the TRII/III voice is perfect for Lara. Basically, when she delivers those threatening lines (You forget, I might be a little hungry myself, famished in fact), it sounds scary. When she says them now, it doesn't sound as intimidating. TRIV and TRV would have had better cutscenes with that voice.
The Tomb Raider movie would also have been better with Judith Gibbons voicing a CGI Lara. And feel free to bash Jolie all you like! :D Everytime I see pictures of the movie, I never think of Lara. It's just a woman standing in for her.
And FYI, the woman doing the voice of TRII/III Lara is called Judith Gibbons.

I LOVE the voice on TR 3!My 2 favorites are TR1 and TR3.On an earlier post I said that I liked TR4 the best,but I remembered wondering if she was still 16 or not through the whole thing.I am so glad Judith Gibbons is doing Lara's Voice instead of Angelina.When I see Angelena I also just see a woman wearing similar clothes as Lara.I don't think Angelina looks like Lara at all.No offense to Angie fans. :D
