Where is the first "Circuit Bulb"? the walk through says to "swim into the mirror in the control room". What "Mirror"? What Glowing object in the wall near what opening?

If you swim around a bit, you will see a yellow portal in which Lara can climb to and get air, you will find one of the circuit bulbs there. The other one is indeed in a shallow cave of the underwater cliff wall, there you will find the bulb as well as some flares.
